Refund Policy

ITR File Karo's mission is to assist large number of people in ITR filing & we know everyone has a different source of income, some generate income from salary & others generate income from Business/ profession, and because of this, we create unique packages for different source of income.

We created this page for refund policies of ITR File Karo. Refund will be initiated under exceptional cases as follows:-

• A refund will be initiated from our end if double payment has been deducted from your account due to technical glitches for a single service.

• A refund will be initiated if we were unable to provide the services.

• A refund request will be made within 3 business days from the date of payment.

• Refund will be initiated within 10 business days from the date of request submitted.

• Request for issue a refund must be in written form. All the communication must be made from the registered email id.

• A refund will be cancelled if there is any misuse of our policies in any manner.

• A refund will not be initiated if a client cancelled the order without any genuine reason.

• Refund will not be initiated if time has been invested in the order provided to ITR File Karo.

• ITR File Karo will not be responsible for any payment made to the government entities like income tax, penalty, and late fees, etc.

• The right to issue a refund is a reserve with ITR File Karo.

• A refund will be issued after deducting all the finance charges & taxes.
