Registration under Income Tax Department Website

You agree to allow ITR File Karo to have access to Information provided by the Income-tax Department to improve or customize the service. You further agree that we may request access to certain data from the Income-tax Department to improve service quality and speed. These accesses further may require us to give ITR File Karo email address for certain requests from the Income-tax Department that the Income-tax Department may give only on emails. You hereby agree to grant us irrevocable right to use these services on your behalf with the Income Tax Department to get certain information to help you in filing your Income Tax return, replying to notices or other information that may be required for various services on the ITR File Karo.

Delay in Services

ITR File Karo shall not be liable for any loss directly or indirectly for any delay in services due to technical, mechanical, or natural reasons.

Selecting alert service gives us full right to send communication using Email, SMS, and WhatsApp as a medium.

Payment Terms

ITR File Karo provides service in advance payment only. We have unique plans for different services and ITR File Karo has full right to decide the final amount of service. Without payment for any reason cancel the service contract/ agreement and service will not be provided. For refund, you will get all the information from the refund policy page.

ITR File Karo will not be responsible for any third-party link while using the website. Using this link is strictly your responsibility.

Other Liabilities

ITR File Karo will not be responsible for any misinformation or lack of information provided by you. Moreover, if there is any delay in ITR processing from the Income tax department end, ITR File Karo will not be responsible for the same.
